Swedish Massage. A vigorous style of massage, using gliding, rolling, kneading, and percussive strokes, to manipulate and relax the body's soft tissues. Designed to energize the body and stimulate circulation.
Deep Tissue. As the name indicates, this massage targets deeper muscles and connective tissues. Deep-kneading movements realign muscles and help correct tension and strain.
Sports
Massage. Various styles of massage are used to enhance athletic
performance, help prevent injury, promote faster healing of sports-related
injuries and helps with the aches and pains from work and daily life.
This is generally vigorous, deep massage used on different parts of the body,
such as legs, arms, back, neck, and sacrum.
Craniosacral. A gentle, light-touch method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system. Encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, alleviate the effects of stress, and enhance health.
